Questions

How do I colour a mermaid tail?

Draw small curved scales across the tail with a fine pen, or colour the tail in bands that fade from one colour to the next, such as blue to green to purple. Add a lighter shade on the fin tips.

Are there mermaid pages for younger children?

Yes. The small mermaid waving hello and the mermaid kitten have simple shapes and thick outlines. The "Ages 4-8" filter shows the pages most children aged four to eight can finish in one sitting.

Where did mermaid stories come from?

Sailors in many countries told tales of mermaids for centuries. Some of those sightings were probably manatees or dugongs, large, gentle sea animals that can float upright in the water.

Can I print on A4 paper?

Yes. Every page has a Letter and an A4 version. Pick the one that matches your printer.
