Copyright and DMCA notices
ColoringPark respects the rights of artists and publishers. If you believe a page here infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act quickly.
How to send a notice
Email dmca@coloringpark.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". To be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the notice needs to include:
- The work you believe has been infringed, and proof that you own it or act for the owner.
- The exact address of the page or file on ColoringPark.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are acted on within one business day. The page is taken down while we review, the sender is told what was done, and if the notice is upheld the page stays down. If you sent a notice by mistake, reply to our confirmation and we will restore the page.
Counter-notices
If a page of yours was removed and you believe that was wrong, send a counter-notice to the same address with the page address, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We will forward it to the original complainant and restore the page after ten business days unless they file a court action.
Designated agent
ColoringPark's designated agent for copyright notices is registered with the United States Copyright Office. Notices by post can be sent to the mailing address listed in that registration, which we will also provide by email on request.
