Terms of use
These are the conditions for using coloringpark.com and the files it provides. They are short, because the site asks very little of you.
Who we are
ColoringPark (coloringpark.com, "the site") is run by Varun, an independent publisher based in India ("we", "us"). By using the site or downloading its files, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site provides
Free printable coloring pages and related files, descriptions and notes, for personal, educational and non-commercial use under the licence. The licence is part of these terms.
What you agree to
- To use the files only as the licence allows: no resale, no re-uploading, no removal of the ColoringPark line, no use in logos or brands.
- Not to scrape, bulk-download or mirror the site or its file storage, and not to use the files or text to train machine-learning systems.
- Not to interfere with the site, its hosting or its security, and not to use it for anything unlawful.
- That you are an adult, or are using the site with the supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher.
Content and ownership
The site's design, text, descriptions, page notes, vector files and original drawings are ColoringPark's work. Licensed artwork belongs to its illustrators and publishers. Characters shown in fan-art pages belong to their owners, who have no connection with this site. Nothing on the site grants you any right beyond the licence.
Accuracy
We check every page and its text, but with thousands of pages some mistakes will slip through. The "Did you know?" facts are written for children and are kept simple; they are not a reference source. If you spot an error, tell us and it will be corrected.
No warranty
The site and its files are provided free and "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will always be available, that files will suit a particular printer or device, or that the site will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its files, including printing costs, device problems or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Links
The site links to other websites, such as Pinterest. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Copyright complaints
The copyright page explains how to report an infringement. We act on valid notices within one business day.
Changes
We may update these terms, the licence and the privacy policy. The date at the foot of each page shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
