About these pages
Reindeer at Christmas and in the snow: a reindeer with lights on its antlers, one with baubles on its antlers, an antlered reindeer in a snowy forest, a reindeer sleigh crossing a full moon and a reindeer pulling a sled past pines. There is a baby reindeer wearing two bows, a kawaii reindeer in a striped scarf, a girl petting a reindeer, Santa giving a reindeer a carrot and a Christmas jumper with reindeer and snowflakes.
2 of the 12 pages are easy, with thick outlines for ages two to four, 7 are for ages four to eight, and 3 detailed pages suit older kids and adults. A smiling reindeer face with antlers is a quick one for a Christmas card. For more festive pages, see the Santa pages and the Christmas pages, or the winter pages for snowy scenes.
Each design is its own page with a Letter and an A4 PDF, a description, and related pages, so you can print one sheet or a whole set.
Questions
Do female reindeer have antlers?
Yes. Reindeer are the only deer where both males and females usually grow antlers. Males shed theirs in early winter, while females keep theirs through the winter until spring.
What colours should a reindeer be?
Brown with a cream or white neck and belly, and darker brown antlers. Add a red nose for a classic Christmas look, and bright colours for the lights and baubles on the antlers.
Can I use the reindeer pages for Christmas cards?
Yes. Colour a page, trim it to size and glue it to folded card. The reindeer sleigh crossing a full moon and the Christmas jumper page make especially good card fronts.
Can I print on A4 paper?
Yes. Every page has a Letter and an A4 version. Pick the one that matches your printer.
