Easy Fall coloring pages
27 free printable pages, from our fall coloring pages collection. Every page downloads as a crisp PDF in Letter or A4. Updated October 8, 2026.
About these pages
Simple autumn shapes drawn large and bold: a big maple leaf with veins, an oak leaf with wavy lobes, an acorn with a scaly cap and a pinecone with big scales. Animals include a smiling hedgehog with leafy spines, a chubby squirrel hugging an acorn, a kawaii fox in a cosy scarf and a snail with a spiral shell on a leaf. Harvest and cosy-weather pages show a corn cob in its husk, a ribbed squash, a mug of apple cider with a cinnamon stick, a pair of tall rain boots, a woolly pompom hat and a pumpkin pie with a crimped crust.
All 27 pages are easy, made for ages two to four. Pair them with a walk: collect a few leaves and acorns, then colour the matching page with crayons in reds, browns and yellows. For more, see the fall pages, the leaf pages and the apple pages.
Each design is its own page with a Letter and an A4 PDF, a description, and related pages, so you can print one sheet or a whole set.
Questions
Why do leaves change colour in autumn?
As days shorten, trees stop making green chlorophyll and it breaks down. The yellow and orange pigments already in the leaf then show through, and some trees, such as many maples, also make new red pigments.
What autumn activity goes with these pages?
Try a short nature walk to gather leaves, acorns and pinecones. Back home, children can match each find to its page and copy the real colours, or lay a leaf under paper for a crayon rubbing.
Which fall pages are simplest for a two-year-old?
The single objects with almost no inside detail, such as the round apple with two leaves, the smooth acorn and the happy rain cloud. Each has one big space a toddler can fill with a single crayon.
Can I print on A4 paper?
Yes. Every page has a Letter and an A4 version. Pick the one that matches your printer.
