Colouring ideas

Try the bright papel picado colours: hot pink, orange, turquoise and yellow for the flowers, with the skulls in white and the birds in blue.

Did you know?

Papel picado means pierced paper in Spanish; these colourful cut-paper banners are hung for Day of the Dead and other Mexican celebrations.

Try this

Choose four colours only and repeat them around the circle so the design stays balanced.
