About these pages
Bears of every kind: bears eating honey by a beehive, a bear cub licking a honey dipper, pandas eating from a bowl and hugging bamboo, a polar bear with her cub on the ice and a polar bear cub holding a gift. Teddy bears are here too, holding heart balloons, hugging a wrapped present and being hugged by a princess, along with party bears holding star balloons and a cupcake.
8 of the 25 pages are easy, with a single bear and thick outlines for ages two to four, and 16 are for ages four to eight. Learning pages include B is for bear, P is for panda, a colour-by-number bear holding a honey pot and a symmetry teddy bear to trace. Polar bears and pandas fit a winter topic, so pair them with the winter pages, or the penguin pages for more icy animals.
Each design is its own page with a Letter and an A4 PDF, a description, and related pages, so you can print one sheet or a whole set.
Questions
Which bear pages suit toddlers?
Use the "Easy" filter for the 8 pages with one large bear or panda, thick outlines and very little background. A chunky brown or black crayon is all they need.
What colour is a polar bear?
Its fur looks white, but each hair is see-through and hollow, and the skin underneath is black. On paper, leave the fur white and shade the edges with light blue or grey so the bear stands out.
What do pandas eat?
Almost nothing but bamboo. A giant panda can spend 10 to 16 hours a day eating it, which is why so many panda pages show one holding or hugging a bamboo stalk.
Can I print on A4 paper?
Yes. Every page has a Letter and an A4 version. Pick the one that matches your printer.
