Colouring ideas

Give the shark a grey back and a white belly, then colour the wave in two blues with white foam left bare at the crest. Add a yellow sun if you like.

Did you know?

Great white sharks can leap right out of the water when they chase prey. This is called breaching, and it happens often near South Africa.

Try this

Talk about which way the shark is moving and draw an arrow in the air to show the path of its jump.
