Colouring ideas

Colour the eggshell cream with brown speckles and the baby T-rex a fresh green. Add a bit of yellow inside the shell and grass in two shades of green.

Did you know?

Dinosaurs hatched from eggs, and fossil nests show that some dinosaur mothers laid their eggs in neat circles.

Try this

Ask what the baby dinosaur might see first after hatching, then draw its mother or a nest beside it.
