Colouring ideas

Give the big balloon bold stripes of colour and keep the hills in a gentle run of greens and golds. A pale blue sky with white clouds left plain stops the busy patterns from feeling crowded.

Did you know?

The first crewed hot air balloon flight took place in Paris in 1783, in a balloon built by the Montgolfier brothers.

Try this

Colour each hill band a different shade of one colour, from dark at the bottom to light near the sky.
